3S Class Teacher

Even as a child, all I ever wanted to be was a teacher - and a footballer! However, I was never going to be as good as David Beckham. I have been teaching since 2009 and taught for 8 years in Sunderland, England and for 3 years in Al Ain, UAE. 

My favourite subject to teach is Maths. I really enjoy seeing children's confidence grow within the subject, and watching them develop a wide range of mathematical skills throughout the year, to eventually becoming great problem solvers, capable of taking on even the trickiest of maths problems!

I enjoy all parts of teaching, but my favourite part is seeing every child develop from the start of the academic year until the end, watching them grow not just academically, but also as people. And I do enjoy a good dress up day!

Going on a boat trip to Amsterdam with a year 5 class to watch whales in their natural habitat.
